Directory Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting a listing to the Flight Sim Support (FSS) Directory, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure the directory remains a valuable, accurate, and safe resource for the flight simulation community.

1. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide in your listing (including business name, description, links, and contact details) is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your listing if this information changes.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize FSS to use all intellectual property (including logos, images, trademarks, and text) in your submission. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant FSS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content in connection with the directory.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent.

  • Defamatory, obscene, offensive, or hateful.

  • Infringing on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.

  • Spam, malware, or unrelated to flight simulation.

  • Promoting illegal activities.

4. Right to Review and Remove

Flight Sim Support reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review all submissions. We may reject, edit, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. This includes listings that violate these terms or do not align with the quality standards of the directory.

5. No Endorsement

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Flight Sim Support.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flight Sim Support from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your listing or your violation of these terms.
